Business process redesigning can be defined as the change, redesign and analysis of a company process. Some of the tools of the business process redesigning include the focus on the customers and the process, visualization for end process, a change in the management, and a mapping of the business process. To implement the business process redesigning one should first define the objectives and framework of the process, then should identify the needs of the customers’ needs and anlyzes the existing process.
